Hello and welcome to my blog. I’m Umesh Damania, a Certified Mind Factor Coach and Cognitive Hypnotherapist based in Essex. I run two successful practices from Loughton and Chigwell. Click here for the details of my website, or call me on 07977 598 387 now if you can’t wait and want a chat with me now.
I really want to use my blog as a way of reaching out to people and giving them an insight into my life and work. Some of it will be fun, some serious and the rest informative.
Simply put i create transformational programmes for my clients which ‘Empower you to make the change’ using Cognitive Hypnotherapy, NLP, Time Line Therapy and IEMT to give clients the ability to take control and create their own generative change.
And that’s where the difference comes. Many therapists work with just one of those change processes, or rely on scripts to get the change. But my clients’ receive a tailored approach to their issue…why? Well because everyone is different in terms of personality, beliefs, values and behaviour…..so no universal approach will work for every client.
I also set out to get the best possible training from the leaders in their field. So i started with Trevor Silvester at The Quest Institute, Trevor is the creator of Wordweaving, an amazing technique that allows Quest Trained Therapists to break free of scripts and create elegant and potent suggestions specifically for each client. I then trained with David Shephard at The Performance Partnership where i successfully qualified as a Master Practitioner in NLP, Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy. I finally complimented my detailed knowledge by learning the rapid change work of Integral Eye Movement Technique with Andy Austin.
What does this mean for those who successfully decide to come and see me? ….Well it means i’m employing the best possible approaches to change, and really giving them excellent value for their investment and time. The end result? …getting clients back to the lives they want as quickly as possible.
How popular and successful has this become?…well this is the great thing, good news spreads fast, so i now see children as young as 6 0r 7, right through to those in the 60’s and beyond. And they see me in particular for many issues such as anxiety, confidence, health issues, relationships, phobias, stress..and the list goes on!
What’s also great now is that the sporting world is now catching onto the power of NLP and hypnosis, so coming soon will be my sports blog, so i can share with you the differences that sports people I work with are experiencing. I’ve worked with some great local footballers, golfers and athletes. So I’m sure it will be fascinating read for many of you.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog
Umesh
